Hotel Brooklyn is the first hotel group in the UK with fully accessible ‘Liberty Suites’ which makes us the trailblazers in setting a new Gold Standard for accessibility in the hospitality industry. Our priority is always to ensure everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued – it’s not a hotel for anyone if it’s not a hotel for everyone.

Our aim is to make all guest’s stays as enjoyable as possible, as if you are spending a night at home. That’s why we created our ‘Liberty Suites’.


Access around our public areas is made by means of level access. Our furniture and soft furnishings were carefully chosen with all types of disability and impairments in mind.

All our lifts have tactile buttons and there are accessible toilets located on the ground and 9th-floor function suite.


Our team is on hand 24 hours a day and have been trained to support the needs of our guests who may have a special need or disability. We’re here to help if you have a physical impairment, deaf, blind, or suffering from a well-being or mental health issue.

Fire and evacuation alarm systems in all adapted rooms are designed to assist a guest with special needs.

Assistance and dogs for the blind are most welcome. Please contact us prior to your visit, so we can spoil them too.
